Here are the ways you can support the patient care programs of Guest House with a gift. Please review these options and make your selection. Then, fill out the form below and place an "x" in the corresponding box(es).

Here's some additional information--About Us:

Outright Gift - This option lets Guest House use the full donation immediately in the treatment of a priest or religious. You can send a check or money order (do not send cash) and make it payable to "Guest House, Inc." You can also send for information about how to make an outright gift of appreciated stock.

Bequests - Many donors provide for our needs through their wills. Sometimes the gift is the portion that remains after all family members have been provided for, and all estate costs have been paid. Other times Guest House shares equally, or receives a percentage of the estate value.

Charitable Remainder Trust - This planned giving vehicle provides many benefits to the donor, including an income from investment earnings, an immediate tax deduction, and estate tax deductions at death.

Charitable Gift Annuity - We're pleased to offer this new giving opportunity with attractive interest payout rates! The Gift Annuity provides a regular income to you from investment earnings, an immediate tax deduction, and estate tax savings. Requires a $1,000 minimum gift.

Life Insurance - A paid up life insurance policy may be given to Guest House as a donation, often providing you with a significant tax deduction. Guest House may also be named as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy.

The Guest House Endowment Fund - Your gift to the Endowment Fund gives us the right to use only the interest income which is earned after the gift is deposited. In this way your gift lasts for all time, continuing to provide Guest House with income toward patient care. A minimum $5,000 gift or pledge is required.

DONOR RECOGNITION

Guest House is honored to provide recognition to major donors through our St. Raphael Society, a plaque program for gifts of $500 or more. Plaques are placed at various "recognition sites." These sites include a Patient Room (for a gift of $500), Reflection Room (for a gift of $1,000 ), or The Library (for a gift of $5,000), among others. Plaque wording can include a memorial sentiment to a departed loved one or friend.

*All gifts to Guest House are tax deductible as allowed by law.
