Welcome Guest House Alumni
The Guest House alumni are a unique group of men (and now women) who share a special bond and a remarkable intimacy. Many alumni began healthy and supportive relationships with others while at Guest House which have lasted for many years. The bond was formed during a time of crisis and mutually shared life-changing experience of therapy and spiritual growth..
Through the Alumni Association, many Alumni have engaged in recurring experiences such as regional seminars, retreats, and alumni reunion conferences. Alumni have served as contacts and support through the years to other new clients as they transition from Guest House back to ministry. Some have remained as lifelong friends. Others have served as AA Sponsors. Still others have been asked by superiors to serve as ministers to other clergy and religious in unhealthy situations such as addictions or other health problems.
In many ways, the ongoing prayer support network by Alumni and benefactors has become an invaluable part of the dynamic process of the Ministry of Guest House.
